Ordering & Paying
Ordering is simple: please contact us should you wish to purchase an item
or 01491 573654. At this point, we'll confirm whether the item is still in
stock (on rare occasions such as clearance sales, goods advertised may sell
out before they can be removed), and what the delivery costs to your address
will be. We'll need your delivery details, including post code, to compute
delivery charges. All costs will be quoted in pounds sterling (£).
If you'd like to go ahead with your order, payment is generally made via
PayPal and on receipt of the invoice we'll email to you. If you've
not used PayPal before, simply click on the yellow 'Pay' button at
the bottom of the invoice, and you'll be taken through to the order page.
You'll then be asked to enter your credit or debit card payment details.
You do not need to be a member of PayPal to pay this way. It's a simple
and quick method of payment and all your details will be absolutely secure:
PayPal have every international security certificate going! We do not handle
any of your payment information ourselves.
As soon as your payment has cleared, we'll contact you to say that your
parcel has been posted, or to confirm a date for courier delivery.
We calculate delivery per package. Please contact us
or 01491 573654 (10.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday) for further information on
how much delivery of your package is likely to be. As a general rule, delivery
to the UK Mainland for smaller parcels up to a weight of 20 kg is between
£5.00 - £20.95, depending on weight and dimensions.
Larger and heavier items, such as a piece of furniture, will need to be sent
by courier. The cost for deliveries up to 100 miles away from us in Henley-on-Thames,
Oxfordshire is usually £70.00 for the first item, £40.00 for each item
thereafter in the same delivery job. Very large items may incur a small additional
fee. Delivery charges rise incrementally the further away you are from our 100 mile
zone on the UK Mainland. Please contact as at

In some cases, if you live close to Henley-on-Thames for instance, you may wish to collect
your items in person to save on courier fees. Please contact us should you wish to organise this.
Overseas orders: We are very happy to send items further afield than the UK Mainland,
but charges will necessarily differ from those quoted above. Please contact us for further
information if you'd like a quote. Items sent abroad may have their own customs and
national taxes added to them: you are responsible for these additional costs, so please do
take them into account when you order.
Furniture Delivery Disclaimer
In order to keep down costs to yourself, our delivery service is - unless otherwise specified
or requested - a one-man operation. Please ensure that you have someone at your address to
help the courier with the delivery. In the interests of lower costs, the courier is only
obliged to deliver to your kerbside, but will gladly help further if there's someone there
to lend a hand.
Please also ensure that you double-check the measurements of the item in question before
placing your order: it's the customer's responsibility to ensure any furniture will
pass freely through doorways and passageways, around tight corners or turns, and up or down
stairs. Our products always have clear height, width and depth measurements displayed on our
website. If upon delivery your furniture does not fit, we will be unable to refund your postage,
and the return fee will be deducted from any refunds we make to you.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you wish to return it, please contact

which will have been sent out with your order, and send the parcel back to us within 30 days of
receipt in reasonable condition and with as much of the original packaging as is possible. Please
note that personalised or made-to-measure products may not be returned unless faulty. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not
responsible for return postage. When returning an order, we strongly advise you to obtain Proof
of Postage, since we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Larger items will need to be collected by one our our couriers (the cost of this will be
